If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we also receive the information you choose to share through that channel. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, assess project requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about potential or agreed work. Technical information, including your IP address, may be processed to operate the website, limit repeated submissions and prevent spam or misuse. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list.

Jayu operates in China. Contacting us from another country involves transmitting information to our business and the services we use, which may process information outside your country. Please contact us if you need further information about processing locations or applicable safeguards before sharing project information.

Retention depends on whether an inquiry remains active, whether it leads to a project, the records needed for project follow-up, and applicable accounting, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention of your inquiry or request deletion. Deletion may be subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

You can contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask us to stop inquiry follow-up.
