Fenghuan Bridge stands at the junction of Huaiyuan Road and Wencui Street in Xixia District, Yinchuan, Ningxia. Phoenix and cloud motifs reflect local culture. The circular pedestrian bridge separates people from traffic, while sculptural elements surround electronic screens and combine transport infrastructure with city identity. Phoenix components were positioned using lifting equipment and elevated platforms, with dimensional lettering and decorative outlines installed in sections. Fabrication and installation focus on aligned contours, joints and coordination with the bridge, screen boundaries and legible lettering. Four large LED screens are framed by four different phoenix compositions. Eight bridge columns feature phoenix totems in matte stainless steel. Gradients of green, orange, yellow and blue lighting represent the changing seasons and create a distinctive night-time landmark.
